The accelerator is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 16 years of age or older and actively enrolled as a student (including as a graduate or doctoral student) at an accredited educational institution that grants high-school or college/university (or equivalent) degrees (including homeschools) located in the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) at any time between October 12, 2012 and May 13, 2013.
