Who's Eligible

Open to all full and part time students enrolled at the University of Central Florida, both graduate and undergraduate. At least one UCF student must be on the management team,  and only UCF students may present the business plan. However, as long as this requirement is met other non-students may also be members of the management team. 

Important Dates

Entry forms are due on February 27, 2012. All teams selected as semi-finalists must submit an executive summary on March 12, 2012, and will compete in the Semi-Finals competition on March 16, 2012. Finalists will be announced following this competition and must submit written business plans by April 2, 2012. Finalists will then compete in the final Business Plan Tournament  on April 6, 2012. An awards ceremony will follow the presentations. 

Competition Prizes

1st place: $10,000, plus an invitation to be a resident at the UCF Incubator free for one year ($5,000 value)

2nd place: $5,000

3rd place: $3,000

4th place: $2,000

Other Info

Judges are prominent members of the Central Florida business community who are experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate executives.
