Who's Eligible

Open to all full- and part-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at the University of Central Florida during the academic year 2010-2011. 

Non-students may be members of the management team and participate in planning the venture, but only UCF students may present the business plan. 
Important Dates

Participants must submit an Intent to Compete form by January 21, 2011. Selected semi-finalists must submit an enhanced executive summary on March 14, 2011. Teams selected as finalists will present their plans at the final competition on April 15, 2011, followed by an awards ceremony.

Competition Prizes

First place: $10,000

Second place: $5,000

Third place: $3,000

Fourth place: $2,000

The first place winner will also be invited to be a resident of the UCF Incubator program free for one year (a $5,000 value).

Judges are prominent members of the Central Florida business community who are experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate executives.
