Who's Eligible
The competition is open to all types of entities (corporation, partnership, proprietorship, etc.) established by between 1 and 5 entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs. It is strongly recommended that each team select one or more Mentors to guide them in developing a quality business venture.
Important Dates

Intention to Participate forms are due on January 31, 2011. Following a mentoring workshop and the presentation of an Elevator Pitch, written business plans must be turned in by March 15, 2011. Finalist presentations will take place on April 6, 2011.

Competition Prizes

The top teams receive substantial prizes in cash as well as professional services. The total value of all prizes exceed $150,000.

Other Info

The panel of judges of TiEQuest largely comprise of angel investors, venture capitalists and fund managers. The contestants get an opportunity to present their ventures to professionals who can actually fund these businesses. Sponsoring firms, from where the judging panel is drawn, offer an “Expression of Interest” for investment of up to $1,000,000 to top teams. This provides an immediate opportunity of investment to the winners.
