Who's Eligible
Open to students from any Michigan college or university. Business concepts, core technologies or market solution must meet one of the clean energy challenges defined in the Clean Energy Definition (listed on the website)
Important Dates

Executive summaries are due on November 26, 2010. Final business plans are due on or before February 4, 2011. The final round of the business plan competition will take place on February 18, 2011. The competition winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on the evening of the 18th.

Competition Prizes

Grand Prize winner: $50,000

Runner up: $25,000

3rd finalist: $10,000

4th finalist: $10,000

5th finalist: $7,000

Additional cash prizes are also awarded to Teams advancing from Rounds 1 and 2 of the business plan competition.

Other Info

The Center for Entrepreneurship along with the University of Michigan’s Ross Energy Club are administering the prize in conjunction with the University-wide Michigan Business Challenge competition.
