- Who's Eligible
- Startups that have been live for fewer than three months. In selecting final contestants, heavy preference will be given to companies that launch for the first time to the public and press at TechCrunch Disrupt.
- Important Dates
The application deadline is March 26, 2010. The TechCrunch Disrupt Conference takes place May 24-26, 2010 in New York City.
- Competition Prizes
Overall winner receives $50,000 in cash.
- Other Info
Any company less than two years old and less than $2 million in financing is welcome to participate in the Startup Alley demo area. Audience choice will vote one Startup Alley company into Round One of the Startup Battlefield.
