Companies must have headquarters in the United States or the United Kingdom, and must be using technology or social media to provide an innovative solution to make the world a better place. Businesses must have been in operation for a year at the time of application.
- Important Dates
Applications are due on August 9, 2011. Finalists will be selected on August 12, 2011. Final presentations and awards will take place at the Social Good Summit in New York City on September 19 - 22, 2011.
- Competition Prizes
One grand prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize. Each of the eight finalists will receive 2 nights' accommodations in New York City and up to $1,000 for reimbursement of travel expenses to the Summit.
