- Who's Eligible
- - The plan must be an original idea for a business in operation from zero up to five years in operation.- Applicants do not have to be based in Tulsa, but they must agree to establish or expand their business in the City of Tulsa if they win.- Company officers/members are 18 years or older at the time of entry and are legal Residents of the United States.- The business must not have a net worth that exceeds $1 million.
- Important Dates
All entry submissions are due on March 16, 2011. The top 25 competitors must submit business plans by June 22, 2011. Seven finalists will be announced in mid-September, and will present their business plans to judges on November 3, 2011. Winners will be announced at the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award Celebration on November 15, 2011.

First place: $30,000
Second place: $5,000
Third place: $2,500
The winning business model may also receive additional strategic partner support and introductions to other funding sources.

A kick-off work shop and two coaching sessions will be held to aid entrants in preparation for the business plan competition.
