- Who's Eligible
Open to entrants 18 or older who are residents of Clark, Nye, or Lincoln counties in Nevada. Business plans should be for ventures that will be incorporated in one of these counties.
- Important Dates
Entrants must submit their executive summaries by October 21, 2011. Those chosen as semi-finalists must submit a written business plan by December 20, 2011. Five finalists will be announced on January 9, 2012. They will present their plans to a judges' panel at the final competition on January 27, 2012. An awards ceremony will follow the presentations.
- Competition Prizes
Prizes for the 2012 business plan competition have not been finalized yet. Last year, over $85,000 in cash and prizes were awarded, and a similar prize pool is expected this year.
- Other Info
Entrants to this competition must pay an entry fee. Those who enter the competition earlier will be eligible for a reduced entry fee.
