Open to all individual or team entrants resident in Sonoma, Napa or Marin counties in Northern California. A majority of the team members must meet the residency requirement or the primary business address must be located in this area.Teams must have received less than $100,000 in financing in order to be eligible
- Important Dates
Executive summaries must be submitted by March 16, 2011. Following the Business Plan Workshop, all teams must submit a full business plan by May 4, 2011. Finalists will present their business plans to the panel of judges at the Seed Round Business Plan Competition final on June 1, 2011.
- Competition Prizes
The grand prize winner will receive a package of services valued at $34,000. Cash prizes will also be awarded, the amounts are still to be announced.

The Seed Round Business Plan Competition is co-produced by North Bay iHub partners Sonoma State University School of Business and Economics and the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster.
