Who's Eligible

Teams must each have at least one currently enrolled graduate student other members may be undergraduate students. Teams may consist of up to five members.

The competition is for new, independent ventures in the seed, start-up, or early growth stages.

Important Dates

The final deadline to submit an Intent to Compete entry is December 2, 2011. Executive summaries are also due on that date. All final business plans must be submitted on February 10, 2012. The final Venture Challenge Competition will take place March 15-17, 2012. 

Competition Prizes

$25,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded.

The Venture Challenge features an Exhibit Fair, Semi-Finalist, WildCard, and Finalist presentation round, all of which are open to the public.
