- Who's Eligible
- Individuals or groups may enter the competition. At least one person (and preferably more) who has actively participated in the design and writing of the plan must be a graduate or undergraduate student currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Georgia State University.The plan may be for a start-up venture, a new product, or market development in an existing business that is less than 3 years old.
- Important Dates
Students must provide a statement declaring they will be submitting a business plan by September 1, 2010. The final competition will take place sometime in late October 2010.
- Competition Prizes
Entrants vie for two awards, both of which come with a cash prize of $5,000 each. One awards will be for plans that are international in scope, while the other will be for plans that are more domestic in focus.

Entrants submit a written plan describing the business concept, and its growth potential.
