Applicants must be be matriculated undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full or part-time at any of the 14 member Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education universities.
- Important Dates
Intent to Compete forms are due on September 23, 2011. All entrants must submit full business plans by December 31, 2011. Finalists will be selected in January of 2012, and will make presentations to judges in February 2012. Winners will be announced at the PASSHE Student Business Plan Awards Ceremony on March 7, 2012.
- Competition Prizes
Cash and in-kind services will be awarded to the top teams in the business plan competition. Prize amounts have not yet been announced.

The 14 member universities are: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and Wester Chester.
