- Who's Eligible
- At least one member of the team must be a MBA or graduate business student at a participating historically-black college or university. Other members of the team could be from any discipline or undergraduate students. Entering teams must have won the business-plan competition at their school.
- Important Dates
Participating schools must complete internal competitions by February 27, 2011 and submit names of winners to OFC by March 1, 2011. Teams have until March 15, 2011 to register and submit their business plans. The finals take place from April 11-14, 2011 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta.
- Competition Prizes
Cash scholarships:
First Place: $10,000.00
Second Place: $5,000.00
Third Place: $3,000.00
Fourth Place: $2,000.00
Consolation (2): $1,000.00 each

Approximately 40 historically-black colleges and universities (HBCUs) participate by sending teams to this competition.
