Who's Eligible
To be eligible, the proposed business plan must project that over 50% of the business’s revenue will come from outside of Wichita, Archer, and Clay counties (Texas) and that it must create at least 3 new jobs.
Also, firms must agree to headquarter and operate primarily from within Wichita Falls, Texas for a period of at least 3 years after first receiving any prize money.
Important Dates

Executive summaries are due by November 15, 2010. Competitors must submit final business plans by February 21, 2011, and final presentations will take place on April 6, 2011.

Competition Prizes

Prizes for the 2011 competition are yet to be announced. Last year, $20,000 in cash and professional services was given to the winning team.

Other Info

This competition offers several types of orientation sessions and business plan workshops for participants. While not mandatory, attendance is strongly encouraged.
