Global Venture Labs Investment Competition

Description

The Venture Labs Investment Competition (VLIC) is designed to mimic the real-world process of raising venture capital. The competition allows graduate students to gain real experience while developing and growing new ventures based either on their own ideas and technologies, or those developed by others.

Who's Eligible

The competition is for student created, managed, and owned ventures. Importantly, students must have played a major role in conceiving the venture by having key management roles and owning significant equity in the venture. Significant equity is 50% or more of the equity allocated to the management team and key advisers. Teams at Universities from around the World are encouraged to apply.
