- Who's Eligible
Undergraduate and graduate students at any of Oklahoma's universities or colleges. Each team must have a faculty advisor. The business plan must be for a seed or start-up venture and must address the entire business concept (including implementation).
- Important Dates
Intent to Compete forms are due on February 25, 2011. All written business plans must be submitted by March 8, 2011. Graduate and Undergraduate finalist oral presentations will take place on April 9, 2011, and winners will be announced at the awards dinner on April 14, 2011.
- Competition Prizes
First place winners in each division (Undergraduate and Graduate) receive $20,000, second place finishers receive $10,000, and third place finishers receive $5,000. The faculty advisors for each of these teams receive $1,000-$1,500. Additional scholarships and in-kind prizes are awarded.
- Other Info
Each Undergraduate and Graduate first and second place winner will be invited to compete in a Tri-State Competition, to compete against teams from Arkansas and Nevada.
