Who's Eligible

Open to all current Cornell Undergraduate Students. Entries that have secured financing or other capital arrangements for their idea in excess of $100,000 are not eligible to compete. 

Important Dates

Applications must be submitted by December 23, 2011. Those participants selected as semi-finalists must submit an additional 5 questions about their business idea by February 17, 2012. Eight business ideas will be selected as finalists and announced on March 5, 2012. The finalists will present their business ideas at the annual Entrepreneurship@Cornell Celebration on April 20, 2012.

Competition Prizes

Winner: $3,000

1st runner up: $2,000

2nd runner up: $1,000

3rd runner up: $500

4th runner up: $250

Other Info

All business ideas are welcome including those that are targeting social and environmental issues. No business plan or actual business needed - participants must simply answer 5 easy questions.
