- Who's Eligible
Open to teams of 2 - 5 undergraduate or graduate Cornell University students. At least half the members on each team must be enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
- Important Dates
Teams have to submit a letter of intent to compete by November 4, 2011. Executive summaries are due on December 2, 2011. The top ten teams will submit written business plans on March 2, 2012, and will present their final pitches to the judges April 12-15, 2012.
- Competition Prizes
Cash prizes are awarded to the top three teams, with a $15,000 prize awarded to the 1st place team. An additional $5,000 prize will be awarded to the business plan that best addresses disability issues or environmental sustainability issues.
- Other Info
The Final Pitch will be delivered to a panel of judges comprised of venture capital and private equity professionals and entrepreneurs in front of a live audience of Hotel Ezra Cornell attendees.
