- Who's Eligible
Open to start-ups located in any of 22 eligible countries (Americas, Europe, Asia) that are currently using or are in the process of using Amazon Web Services. Businesses must not have generated more than $10 million in gross annual revenues or outside funding.
- Important Dates
The entry period begins on August 18, 2010 and ends on October 31, 2010. Semi-finalists and finalists are determined by a judging panel in mid-November 2010. Finalist presentations take place in Palo Alto, CA in mid-December 2010 (exact date and place TBD).
- Competition Prizes
The Grand Prize winner receives $50,000 cash, $50,000 in credit from AWS for paid services, and business mentoring. All finalists receive $10,00 in credit from AWS for paid services and transportation costs for one person to the finals. Regional semi-finalists receive $2,500 in credit from AWS.

2010 will mark the fourth year of this competition.
