- Any undergraduate or graduate student, or team of students, enrolled for at least 2 classes in a Michigan public or private university or college for the fall 2010 semester.
- Important Dates
The registration period runs from September 1, 2010 to October 22, 2010. Semi-finalists must submit a Youtube video by November 29, 2010. The finals take place on December 9 and 10, 2010 with 15-minute presentation, and the winners are announced on December 11, 2010.

Grand Prize $25,000
First Runner up $15,000
Second Runner up $10,000
- Other Info
Looking for ideas that can scale and be valuable job creators. Licensed technologies from universities and research labs are encouraged assuming they have not been commercialized previously.
