2014 French-American Entrepreneurship Award

Description

The French-American Entrepreneurship Award – the sixth annual business plan competition that recognizes young francophone entrepreneurs launching businesses in the United States. 

Submitted to a panel of French-American business leaders and entrepreneurs with expertise across a variety of professional disciplines and industries, applications have to be submitted byFebruary 28, 2014 http://www.faea-us.com/submit-your-entry-82.html ). The winner will be announced on April 7, 2014.

Created in 2008, FAEA is open to company founders who are 35 years of age or under and are fluent in both French and English. Geared to early stage projects (three years or fewer in business), eligible entries must offer a product or service that is commercially viable with a demonstrated ability to generate revenues. 

The winner of the 2014 French-American Entrepreneurship Award will receive: a cash prize of $10,000; a six-month coaching package comprised of strategic, legal, accounting, and financial advice from relevant business and industry leaders; fully furnished office space in New York City for six months; and complimentary one-year memberships in the French-American Chamber of Commerce and in the Club 600.

Previous winners include Poutsch, Tomi OTee and Canelé by Céline.
