Alabama Launchpad competition hopes to capture statewide attention

The final event of Alabama Launchpad’s statewide business plan competition will take place this Friday, and its organizers hope to attract a large turn-out. In conjunction with Launchpad’s mission to support innovation and entrepreneurship in Alabama, the competition will award $175,000 in seed capital to entrepreneurs from around the state. K.A. Turner’s article “Alabama Launchpad in final countdown to aid 2011 entrepreneurs” talks more about this year’s event.
