Southern Nevada Business Plan Contests names winner

Scuba Solutions has been judged the winner of the 2011 Southern Nevada Business Plan Competition, writes Laura Emerson of the Las Vegas Press. Its product is a handcart that can be used to transport scuba tanks. The new business is set to receive $78,950 in cash and prizes, including legal services and advertising.
